Job Description

Our client, an international construction company, is seeking an enthusiastic and responsible Legal Counsel to join its legal team. Working in a dynamic environment, this will be an excellent opportunity for a mid-level construction or engineering lawyer to leverage their experience. 

Responsibilities:  

• Drafting and reviewing constriction and engineering legal documents
• Advising on legal matters to internal stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance on internal policies and procedures
• Handling and advising on contentious and non-contentious matters 

An ideal candidate will be:

• A law degree holder
• Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years’ PQE in construction and engineering field
• Mature, independent with good organisational skills
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
