Reporting to the Finance Manager, the role will be supervising a team of 3-4 staff managing the accounting operation and all-rounded finance functions for the Hong Kong office. Such responsibilities of the team include statutory and management reporting, budgeting, forecast and analyses preparation, working capital management, billing, payroll and partner distribution. In addition, you will oversee the design and implementation of process improvements and other corporate functions including liaising with both internal and external stakeholders such as the firm's central finance team, partners, auditors, tax consultants, company secretaries and banks, amongst others.
You should be a qualified accountant with a minimum 4 years of relevant accounting and finance law firm experiences and some team management exposure. Ideally, you will have spent a significant amount of time working in an international law firm in Hong Kong. You should also be able to supervise junior subordinates with good people management ability as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills in liaising with key stakeholders in the business
