Would you like to train and mentor high flying trainee lawyers who will be the next generation of legal eagles?
A well established and highly acclaimed international law firm is now seeking applications for an experienced Learning & Development Manager. You will spearhead the development and implementation of learning processes for staff, with a particular focus on trainee solicitors. This role includes developing and delivering performance, development and skills based training and programmes, and incorporating performance measures to ensure the maintenance of high standards. Working in conjunction with HR, you will also be monitoring trainee performances and keep abreast of Law Society regulations and updates.
This role would suit an experienced trained with at least 5 years' experience in law firm/CPA/investment banking, someone with great presentation and motivational skills, with the ability to design, engage and articulate training programmes effectively (experience as an instructional system design practitioner would be preferred).
