With an impressive track record for expanding their Hong Kong offices, this relatively small but growing international law firm continues its expansion drive to become a full service commercial law firm in Hong Kong with the hire of a family / matrimonial partner. This hire would combine well strategically with the firm’s existing overseas' family and wealth services offering, and this opportunity would enable you to spearhead the set up and growth of a family law practice in Hong Kong.

 

What our clients are looking for: 

You are a well-established Hong Kong-qualified family/matrimonial lawyer handling high value and complex matrimonial work, including cross-border divorces involving multi-jurisdiction based assets, negotiating on settlements and advising on complex child arrangements.  Any additional specialisations of the candidate, such as trust, tax, probate, commercial litigation and/or employment laws, would be an added bonus. Candidates who are existing partners, of counsels or senior/managing associates at their current firm, with a strong business network and the resourcefulness and ambition to develop a successful practice are welcome to apply.
