An international law firm is currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator to help with the administration of the business support functions of the office including the human resources, finance and marketing teams. You will be responsible for simple accounting and data entry as well as assisting on the preparation of marketing materials, events management, and HR administrative matters.
To be qualified, you must be a diploma holder or university graduate with ideally two years of relevant experience in a similar role. You are required to have excellent computer skills in Outlook and MS Office. Excellent fluent spoken and written English and Chinese are essential. Recent graduates with an excellent attitude, willingness to learn and great work ethic may also be considered for this role.
