Job Description

This international financial services provider is looking for an experienced insurance lawyer to join its legal team. As a member of a high caliber team, you will be be supporting on a full spectrum of insurance related legal matters.

Responsibilities:
• Review and draft insurance policies, endorsements and product marketing documents
• Structure and advise on distribution channels and drafting necessary agreements
• Dealing with all legal issues arising from agency force and insurance broker distribution channels
• Handling regulatory matters and advising the business generally on regulatory issues  
• Handling employment and data privacy matters

Requirements:
• Hong Kong qualified with a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) and with relevant insurance legal experience
• Good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Meticulous and with good organizational and strong problem solving skills
